Relationship Counselling

Relationship counselling (for couples, families, or other relationships) offers a supportive environment to address communication breakdowns, conflict, intimacy issues, and other relational challenges. The aim is to improve understanding, rebuild connection, and develop healthier ways of interacting.

  • Common issues addressed: Communication problems, recurring conflicts, infidelity, life transitions, parenting challenges, pre-marital counselling.

Fees & Session Information

My fees reflect my qualifications, experience, and commitment to providing high-quality, professional counselling. I believe in transparency, and all fees will be discussed and agreed upon during our initial consultation.

Standard Fees:

  • Individual Counselling (50 minutes): £65 per session
  • Relationship Counselling (50 minutes): £80 per session

Payment is taken upon confirmation of booking.

Cancellation Policy:

I require 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at the full session price.

Session Structure:

All sessions are 50 minutes in length. Our first session will be an opportunity for us to get to know each other, discuss your reasons for seeking counselling, and establish what you hope to achieve. This initial consultation is also a chance for you to ask any questions and decide if you feel comfortable working with me. There is no obligation to continue after this first meeting.

Subsequent sessions will be tailored to your individual needs and therapeutic goals. We will regularly review your progress to ensure the counselling remains beneficial for you.

I am a registered member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and adhere to their strict Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions. This ensures that I uphold the highest standards of professional conduct, competence, and client care. My registration can be verified on the BACP website.

Confidentiality & Data Protection (GDPR)

Confidentiality is a cornerstone of my practice. All our discussions and your personal information will be kept strictly confidential, in accordance with the BACP Ethical Framework and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). There are very rare exceptions to confidentiality, which will be fully explained during our initial consultation.
